Prediction Publishing Rules
These Prediction Publishing Rules explain the basic standards that apply when users publish predictions, tips, analyses, or related content on Tipsters.
The purpose of these rules is to help keep the Platform useful, fair, readable, and trustworthy for all users.
By publishing predictions on Tipsters, you agree to follow these rules in addition to our Terms and Conditions and other applicable platform policies.
1. General Principles
Predictions published on Tipsters should be relevant, understandable, and based on genuine user input.
Users should publish content in good faith and in a way that helps others understand the reasoning behind a prediction.
Tipsters may remove, restrict, or moderate predictions that do not meet these standards.
2. Original Content
All predictions and accompanying analyses must be original content created by the user who publishes them.
You must not copy, repost, or repurpose content from other users, websites, social media accounts, or third-party sources as your own.
If you rely on publicly available information, statistics, or news, you should present it in your own words and use it only as supporting context for your own analysis.
3. Meaningful Analysis
If a prediction includes written analysis, that analysis must be relevant to the specific match, market, or event it refers to.
It should add real context and explain the reasoning behind the prediction rather than repeat generic phrases or empty statements.
Useful analysis may refer to factors such as recent form, head-to-head history, injuries, suspensions, tactical matchups, schedule congestion, venue, motivation, roster news, or other relevant considerations.
4. Relevance and Accuracy
Predictions must be attached to the correct event and must clearly describe the selected outcome, market, or angle.
The written explanation should match the actual prediction being published. If there is any inconsistency between the selected prediction and the accompanying text, Tipsters may treat the content as invalid, misleading, or subject to moderation.
Users are responsible for checking that all information they publish is correct at the time of posting.
5. No Misleading or Low-Quality Content
You must not publish predictions or analyses that are misleading, deceptive, spam-like, intentionally vague, or clearly designed to manipulate other users.
This includes, for example, content that:
- does not relate to the selected event or market;
- contains meaningless filler text;
- repeats the same generic wording across multiple predictions without match-specific reasoning;
- misrepresents facts, statistics, or injuries;
- is written only to attract attention without offering real value.
6. Duplicates and Repetitive Posting
Users should not publish duplicate or near-duplicate predictions for the same event, market, or idea.
Tipsters may remove repeated, overlapping, or spam-like submissions where they reduce content quality or create unnecessary clutter on the Platform.
Only one clear version of the same prediction idea should be submitted unless the Platform explicitly allows otherwise.
7. Timing of Publication
Predictions must be published before the relevant event or market has started.
Tipsters may set technical or editorial cut-off times for certain sports, markets, or competitions. Predictions published too close to the start time, after the start time, or after a market is no longer fairly available may be rejected, hidden, or removed.
8. Editing and Corrections
Once a prediction is published, Tipsters may limit or prevent edits in order to preserve transparency and avoid confusion.
If editing is allowed, users must not use it to materially change the meaning of a prediction after publication in a misleading way.
Tipsters may correct obvious formatting, categorization, or moderation issues where appropriate, but is not obliged to revise or repair user content.
9. Language and Readability
Predictions should be published in the language supported by the relevant section of the Platform, where such language rules apply.
Content should be reasonably clear, readable, and understandable. Tipsters may moderate content that is unreadable, intentionally obscured, excessively repetitive, or not suitable for the relevant language version of the Platform.
10. Respectful Conduct
All published content must remain respectful.
You must not publish content that is abusive, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
This applies both to prediction analysis and to any comments or related text submitted together with a prediction.
11. Prohibited Content
Users must not publish predictions or related content that:
- violates any applicable law or regulation;
- infringes the rights of third parties;
- contains advertising, unauthorized promotions, or commercial solicitation;
- includes malicious code, links to harmful content, or attempts to disrupt the Platform;
- impersonates another person, brand, or source;
- is fraudulent, manipulated, or intended to gain an unfair advantage.
12. Automated and Artificially Generated Content
Tipsters may restrict or prohibit automatically generated, mass-produced, or artificially generated prediction content where it undermines authenticity, quality, fairness, or user trust.
Where Tipsters determines that content is published in a way that is not genuinely user-driven, we may remove that content or apply account-level restrictions.
13. Moderation and Enforcement
Tipsters reserves the right to review, moderate, hide, restrict, relabel, or remove predictions that appear to violate these rules, our Terms and Conditions, or other applicable policies.
We may also suspend or restrict users who repeatedly publish low-quality, misleading, abusive, copied, manipulative, or otherwise prohibited content.
Moderation decisions may be based on content quality, fairness, platform integrity, user safety, and the overall user experience.
14. No Guarantee of Publication
Submitting a prediction does not guarantee that it will remain visible on the Platform or be displayed in every relevant section, feed, or page.
Tipsters may apply editorial, technical, or moderation decisions to determine how user-generated predictions are shown.
15. Changes to These Rules
We may update these Prediction Publishing Rules from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, moderation standards, legal requirements, or product features.
Any updated version will become effective once published on the Platform, unless otherwise stated.
